First (test) shot with the new camera and macro setup:

550D + manual extension tubes + 50mm 1.8 (@f/11 manually set) + YN467 Softbox.

Focusing done through live-view 5X zoom, handheld.

This is first time i have got a decent shot of the Signature Spider.. guess lucky camera.

Stack of 4. Got a very cooperative subject on sunday... had enough time to pick the leaf on which he was sitting and then pose him in front of the flower and take a few "stacking" shots.

Usual setup: Canon 1000D + Sigma 70-300 + Raynox + YN467 strobe + home made diffuser 2.0

All 4 shots at f/14 : ISO 100 : 1/100
