Story
Raynox Magic again.
Had to do something with my new toy.. so went to the bushes on baron land behind my building... and guess what i found!! Frankly speaking it was sheer coincidence i found this one.. almost impossible to spot it by a casual onlooker.. i saw some "yellow" movement below a tiny leaf.. then it was matter of waiting for a few mins till his gentleman appeared on the front of the leaf in full colors.
True measure was about 5-7 millimeters.
About the name: Google Zindabad.. just searched spiky spider and confirmed with pictures. Here are a few links:
- en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lynx_spider

It feels so good when you shoot something and then find the name for it!
Technical:
Natural Light.
Equipment: Canon 1000D + Raynox DCR 250 mounted on 70-300 sigma lens.. manual focus and handheld with some support with a monopod (yes if got this one with the raynox.. turns out to be a good combination).
Focal Length : 92mm
Exposure: 1/90s : f/9.5 : ISO 200
Post Processing: Almost nothing.. RAW conversion with UFRaw & just a few curves in GIMP.. that's it.
Medical Condition: Did i mention that the neck and the back pain like hell after 1 hour of macro photography. But can't complain!
Things i wished: I wished all the legs were in complete focus... it was not a mean feat to get 4 of them and the body in focus anyway!!
Few Out-takes of the same spider:
