Macro Magnification Calculation for Budget Macro Equipment

Many people had asked me the ultimate question... "kitna (magnification" deti hai?".. meaning "how much magnification do you get with the so called budget photography equipment you use and try to push through to the other people?
And i have been giving all sorts of approximate (and wrong) ansers just because i was lazy to calculate myself... thought of getting over that today (primarly since i am sick with bit of fever during a vacation.. so this is best i could do near the bed!).
Technique: just took a scale and too shots with different equipment i use. Then did a quick calculation dividing the sensor size (for my 550D its 22.3) by the actual millimeters captured on the sensor.
And of course.. keeping the photos attached so you don't have to go by my word.. you (smart) guys need proof :)
(Please refer to my earlier post about using each of this setup)
